The Process
The process is relatively simple. We'll either approach you as a potential artist or you may request a review via the contact page on this site.
Once it has been agreed that you want to sign with us and we're interested in signing with you, then we begin the review process. This process a review of your music, demographic, current popularity, and market. Additionally, we'll want to get to know you, the artist, as we like to ensure that the people we choose to work with are reliable and dependable as much of this process relies on this diligence.
If you're approved then we'll enter into negotiations of our fees and costs within the predefined payment structure that is a fund em ental part of how we do business. You'll then be offered a contract which will explicitly dictate which media/artists we're interested in representing. This is most often in perfect alignment with the artist(s) wishes. The offer will also contain information on manufacturing and distribution options as well as the negotiated percentages for our fees and costs along with any initial artist investments.
You'll also be filling out licensing and rights declaration documentation so that we can be authorized to reproduce, distribute and play your media.
Once all of that is done, we begin the design and mastering phase. We'll work with you, the artist, to design all press, marketing, and packaging materials associated with your release. Then your package goes off to manufacturing and distribution and you'll soon see your release online and in stores.
Further Releases
If you would like to work with us on additional releases, the process is much quicker since you'll already have an understanding of how our process works and there will be no review process as you're already technically signed with the label. It is our hope that through the work of getting your precious art to the masses that we can continue to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and artists.
